Mr. Burzin Dubash   Senior Partner & Executive Director    Axis Risk Consulting

·         Mr. Burzin is responsible for our India practice and is also spearheading Axis’s foray into the China and Middle East Markets.  He has extensive experience in Corporate Governance Advisory, internal Audits, Operational Process improvement, Enterprise Risk Management, Sox Advisory and Fraud assessment and Investigation projects.  

·         He serves as the Engagement Partner for clients of Axis Risk Consulting within the Telecom, Technology, Services, Logistics and Hospitality sectors.  He has worked on several global engagements across North America, Western Europe and Asia

·         Prior to joining Axis, Mr. Burzin spent 12 years with Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young as part of their Assurance & Business Advisory practice, where he worked on financial audits, US GAAP reviews and M&A transaction support projects for clients covering a wide range of industries.

 ·         Burzin is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner.  He is also a Fulbright Fellow having completed the Fulbright-Nehru-CII Fellowship Program at Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business.

 ·         An avid sportsman, with cricket being his passion, Mr. Burzin spends his weekends honing his cricketing skills and has also been on cricketing tours to the UAE, Scotland, Singapore & Hong Kong as part of his club’s cricket team.
