Profile:
- Anil completed his Masters Degree in Human Resources from Bombay University in 1990. He has an overall experience of 23 years and 14 years within financial services. He is currently Managing Director & Group Head – Human Resources at JM Financial Group. (2010- Current)
- Prior to joining JM Financial Group, Anil was heading HR Function of Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) in India. He was part of the HR integration team after the buyout of ABN AMRO and helped aligning up systems & processes in line with RBS worldwide. He also played critical role in the restructuring of the bank post integration. (2006-2010)
- Prior he was Vice President of Human Resources at Deutsche Bank AG for six and a half years where he led HR functions for businesses including for Global Markets, Wealth Management, Transaction Banking, Corporate and Operation Functions of the Bank. He was also Head of HR for the DB Asset Management Company and HR Lead for DB outsourcing Subsidiary named DNETs (Deutsche Network India Ltd). In addition, he was Training and Development lead for DB Group in India, and Head of Compensation and Benefit for the BPO and Asset Management businesses. (1999-2006)
- Prior to Deutsche Bank (DB), he was a Senior Manager & Head HR for Syntel, India, where he contributed on resourcing strategy, talent, design& develop solutions for benched consultants, designed & development of staff policies and also introduction and management of Employee Management Benefits programs. (1997-1999)
- Earlier, he was a divisional Head for Blue Star where he led the HR function for the Electronics and industrial equipment businesses.
- He started his career as a Management Trainee with Batliboi in the year 1990 and worked with them for 2 years.
