- Mr Sushil Rathi is a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from Regional Engineering College, Bhopal after which he did his Post Graduate Diploma In Industrial Engineering and Management from NITIE, Mumbai.

He has over 28 years of experience in the areas of Sales & Distribution, Marketing, Channel Management, Logistics and Business & IT Consulting.
- Around 10 years consulting experience in the areas of Business Strategy, Business Process Redesign, Customer Relationship Management, Supply Chain Management and Change Management
- Over 15 year’s functional experience in the areas of Sales and Distribution, Marketing, Product Development, Product Positioning, Outbound Logistics and Pricing Strategy
- 3 years in managing SCM business
- He Was also involved in joint venture & launch of 2 large European Automobile multinationals in India
- He started his career as Management Trainee with Premier Automobiles Limited and over a period of 15 years worked in various capacities within Sales and Marketing division. After JV with FIAT he became Marketing Head for FIAT in India. He was also responsible for entire outbound logistics at FIAT
- Post FIAT he joined Satyam Computer Services Limited as Vice President in Consulting and Enterprise division. His responsibilities included managing Business Consulting Practice at Satyam as P&L head
- From Satyam along with few of his colleagues he promoted Anantara Solutions, a Business and IT consulting firm. During his tenure at Anantara he was responsible for Business Development in India and consulting delivery for SCM, Logistics and Manufacturing
- During his consulting days he has advised Auto companies like GM, FORD, Daimler, Tata, Mahindra, FIAT, Pricol, Ashok Leyland etc. He has also advised Logistics companies like AFL, Adani Logistics, FSL, Future Supply Chain Solutions, SE Shipping, YCH and has been closely associated with MLL managing multiple projects
- He currently manages SCM business of Mahindra Logistics a 1500 Cr company as Vice President.
